This July ICEA hosted a student summer program in three US cities: New York, Boston and Orlando. The objective of this program was learning more about history and culture of United States as well as improving and polishing English language skills.
The participants of this program this July were Olena Myronyk, Filip Ivanov and Sergey Lyakhov, all current students at Kiev State University named after Taras Shevchenko.
The students were most impressed by “non-aggressiveness” of people in United States.
“Everything seems ok here, people smile and are nice to each other”, they noted.
