ICEA in partnership with Open World is welcoming a group of librarians coming from Ukraine to participate in educational and cultural program designed to present them the latest achievements in library system of organization and management in Chicago area, Illinois.
The delegation is scheduled to visit local libraries and record keeping places as well as meet with the city mayor.
ICEA's president Larisa Koval custom designed the program and will personally guide the delegates through it.
