International Cultural-Educational Association (ICEA) is non-profit organization based in the United States, has terminated all relations with our branch office in the Ukraine, known as UBICEA, since May of 2008 when the contract expired. We decided not to renew our contract with the branch office due to their failure to comply with rules and regulations governing non-profit operations.
